♣ Bride`s and groom`s full birth certificates with Apostille Seal, translated in Greek and authenticated be a Greek Consulate. (Full Birth Certificates - must include your parents details).
♣ Letter of NO IMPEDIMENT to marriage for both bride and groom with Apostille Seal and translated in Greek. This document confirms that you are free to marry and is available from your local registrar.
♣ Photocopies of your photography page of your passports.
Must be certifying by a solicitor. (Apostille Seal not required).
♣ Legal documentation of name change (if applicable to your case). Deed Poll certificate or Statutory Declaration. Please note this includes divorcees who have reverted back to the maiden name.
♣ Divorced Certificates if there is any (if applicable to your case. Translated in Greek).
♣ Widow/widower certificates. (if applicable to your case. Translated in Greek).
Note: Attach the Apostille Seal at the back of each of the applicable documents - it is not acceptable to authenticate all your papers with only one Apostille Seal. Each paper needs a separate Apostille Seal.

♣ Government Tax 30€-40€ per person.
♣ 2 witnesses with their passports (if not available, we happily can provide our team members as a complimentary service).

So, dear Bride and Groom to be, let’s organize together your agenda for a dream wedding in Skopelos, step by step.
♣ Decide the type of wedding ceremony (civil, religious, symbolic, etc).
♣ Select your wedding date as soon as possible. Skopelos has an incremented demand for romantic weddings after the enormous success of the “Mamma Mia” film.
♣ Email us the complete contact form found in the “contact us” field. We shall make a preliminary reservation. Our free of charge consultation will help you make the right decisions about all matters that puzzle you. It is preferable that you set as wedding day, a day in the middle of your stay, because this way your guests will have plenty of time to arrive and you will have time afterwards to enjoy your honeymoon.
♣ We’ll revert to you with the best overtures, ideas and offers. There is no obligation or payment required from you until you are ready to confirm your booking.
♣ If you agree with the proposed costs, you will be sent a booking deposit invoice. Once you submit booking deposit via secure bank transfer or CC charge, we will start the final booking process. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. This non refundable booking deposit is deducted from your final wedding bill and is not a separate expense. The deposit ensures you that your date, celebrant and ceremony venue are reserved.
♣ Seeing that deposit is received, we will confirm your wedding date and send you a contract. This will be accompanied by: Confirmation of your wedding booking, a detailed record of the necessary current Hellenic legal documentation requirements and final payment and legal documents due dates. Once we receive the signed contract, I’ll contact you in person. We’ll help you out design your own unique wedding concept, help you choose the venue, the decoration, the music, the lodgings, and finalize all the details.
♣ Start the paperwork requirements. The documentation for each wedding varies according to the Bride’s and Groom’s religion and nationality.
♣ Three months before your wedding day, you start the issuing of the applicable documents. Please remember the wedding documents – according to the Hellenic law - cannot be dated older than 3 months from the day of your wedding date.
♣ All documents that will submit us, will be held for ever by our Piece of Justice so, please bear this in mind should you need your own copies.
